Unit 5: Short Film

  LO1 P1: Preproduction Documents In my group, we are creating a detective drama short film called Newspaper. To help us make this short film, we have created preproduction documents, some as a joint effort andto have  some I have created by myself. My roles in the creation of this short film are: Camera operator, editor, director and graphic designer.    I have used some of my knowledge from unit 1 to create the pre-production documents for our short film. We are going to use mise en scène in our Newspaper short film. We will do this by making our short film noir through editing. We are also going to have our detective dressed up in a white shirt and black trousers and Mikhail is wearing black clothes. This is binary opposition; we expect The Detective to be the good guy and Mikhail to be the bad guy.
